Con queso de cabra, pepino y jitomate cherry; servida con vinagreta de echalote, eneldo y kalamata.

Gazpacho Andaluz (160 ml)
Tradicional sopa fría de jitomate, pepino y pimiento morrón con un toque de ajo y vinagre de vino tinto. Preparada al momento.
Andalusian Gazpacho – Traditional cold soup of tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper with a touch of garlic and red wine vinegar. Prepared on the spot.
Rollo Primavera Vietnamita
Relleno de fideos vermicelli, zanahoria, col morada, calabacita, pepino y salsas orientales.
Vietnamese spring roll stuffed with vermicelli noodles, carrots, purple cabbage, zucchini, cucumber, and oriental sauces.

Filete de Huachinango a la Veracruzana (100 gr)
En salsa de pimientos morrones, chile güero y vinagre, acompañado con arroz blanco y puré de plátano macho.
Red snapper fillet Veracruz-style in a red bell pepper, chile güero and vinegar sauce, served with white rice and mashed plantain.
Rigatoni con Pollo al Grill (120 gr) o Vegetariano
Con salsa de chiles poblanos asados, alcaparras, vino blanco, cebolla y crema.

Costillas de Cerdo a la BBQ (200 gr)
Tradicional salsa BBQ ahumada, puré de papa al romero, ensalada de col y zanahoria.
