At Itamar Cocina de Puerto, the expertise of chefs José Alfredo Pérez, Ángel Villaseñor and Omar Canales redefines the experience of seafood dining. Here the dishes are made with knowledge of the product and techniques to bring out the best in the flavors. In addition to regional recipes, they also offer typical dishes from other ports around the country. To complement the visit, their bar has a series of cocktails prepared with local ingredients with names inspired by Old Vallarta.
