Pezlimon

Pezlimon is a concept inspired by two essential ingredients: the lemon, which landed in America with the Spanish conquest (and since then, Mexico has been its main host) and the variety of fresh seafood from the Pacific. This combination has become one of the main pillars of the cuisine of the bay, with its characteristic ceviches and aguachiles that have great value in Mexican gastronomic culture.
