Short Rib (100 gr)
Braseado por 5 horas, frijol peruano, cebollita cambray guisada, aguacate tatemado, tocino y caldillo de tomate con cilantro.
Braised for 5 hours, Peruvian beans, stewed chambray onions, charred avocado, bacon, tomato-cilantro broth.
