La Leche Almacen Gourmet, the renowned restaurant owned by chef Alfonso Cadena, has announced a special, three-course menu for Christmas Eve dinner, for $550 MXN* per person. The menu features two items per course:
Entrees
- Red Salad
Fresh lettuces, cranberry, blueberry, strawberry, goat cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. - Little Cup of Soup
Cream of corn with anaheim pepper.
Main Course
- Turkey Arrachera
With mashed peas, roasted tomato sauce, grilled carrots and spinach. - Pork Filet Mignon
Filet wrapped in smoked bacon, with fruit sauce and a roasted potato medallion.
Dessert
- Apple Punch
Apple in punch, with cinnamon mousse and gingerbread cookie. - Christmas Log
Stuffed with white chocolate, chocolate-covered almonds and mint ice cream.
