Mark’s Bar & Grill in Bucerias has announced they will remain open 5-11 pm through the summer months. “Bring your friends to Bucerias and chill out with cold towels, summer breezes and gorgeous food,” encouraged chef/owner, Jan Benton, who also owns Jan Marie Boutique across the restaurant. The home furnishings store features mirrors, ceramic tableware, paintings, sculptures and other fine handcrafted items from all over Mexico for your home or gifts—an added plus when you dine there!
Happy Hour at Mark’s Bar & Grill is from 5 – 6:30 pm. Order a glass of red or white wine (or choose one of bartender Pancho’s specialty cocktails) and receive the Happy Hour appetizer of the day. “We always put together three choices,” Jan explains. “For example, today we have Shrimp Salad in rice paper with dipping sauce, and tomorrow, Chicken Spring Rolls with hoisin sauce.” Their Happy Hour appetizer menu is $120 pesos per person, cash only.
A fixed price menu will be available all summer for $349 pesos. The menu will change daily based on the freshest, locally sourced—and when possible, organically produced—ingredients. Their regular menu features new dishes for summer, including a Kobe Beef Burger served on their house-made buns, Shrimp Tacos on fresh tortillas with pickled vegetables, or Lobster Stuffed Poblano Chili, with lobster mascarpone sauce.
