Bistro Cobojo
Bistro Cobojo is the new meeting place in Bucerías. A place where you can find exquisite traditional Mexican dishes with a new vision, delicious drinks, a warm and friendly atmosphere, as well as a variety of fresh breads and homemade pastries. Joey Tremblay and Cory Beaujot, owners of Villa Cobojo and visionaries of Bistro Cobojo, wanted to create a meeting place for the community with a friendly atmosphere that would encourage coexistence between residents and visitors.
