Trio restaurant opened its doors on August 14, 1997, as a new and exciting restaurant with fresh innovating ideas of Chef Bernhard Guth and his vast experience cooking in the finest establishments in Europe and USA. In 2001 chef Ulf Henriksson joined as a partner. Trio restaurant has grown but still has the same commitment towards the simple idea of using the best local ingredients cooked in a Mediterranean style, not afraid of using Mexican influences and ideas from around the world creating a very personal cuisine.
To celebrate their anniversary, the restaurant is offering a 19% discount in all reservations made for 6 – 8 pm during the month of August.
